Simple Rules

Using conventional sets of 28 dominoes, each player selects one domino from the pack, and whoever has the highest spot count will start the game (‘downs’).

All 28 dominoes are then reshuffled and each player selects 7 dominoes from the pack. 

The player who manages to play all his/her dominoes first wins the game. 

In the event of a frozen game (neither player being able to play their a final domino) the player with the lowest point count wins the game. 

In a frozen game, if both players have exactly the same count the game is considered void and the player who ‘downed’ during that game gets to do so again.

A Match consists of a target amount of games (or 'chalks') to win.  Each competition will have differing targets (first to 5, 6, 7 etc.) depending on the importance of the competition and stage of the event reached.  Players will be advised of this immediately prior to the commencement of each individual tournament.
